Paul is part of the "Peifer" winery and grew up surrounded by the breathtaking wine landscape of Traben-Trarbach. There, he and his family have been cultivating vines on the steep slopes that are so typical of the Mosel region since 1998.
While Riesling is the main variety from Weingut Peifer, they also work Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder), Rivaner and Pinot Noir.
Each bottle tells the exciting story of the terroir.
